The working process as below:

Loading PS foam sheet---heating area (heating by remote infrared ceramic heater)--forming area (vacuum Forming, press forming and synthetically forming) –formed PS foam sheet. Then go to the cutting off machine for final products.

1.      It can produce PS foam food box/ container, foam(egg/meat/fruits) tray, hamburger box, bowls and plates etc

2.      It adopts temperature digital system and it is convenient for the workers to check the temperature of each heating zone quickly. Also it is easily operate and make more effectively.

3.      It adopts Japanese servo motor & drive, Mitsubishi PLC mechanical and electronic integration control, touch screen for operating.

4.      It is an all-powerful thermal forming machine with integration of vacuum forming, press forming and synthetical forming.

5.      It is widely used for proceesing all kinds of PS foam sheet and packing industry.
