Dial Torque Wrench

1.USAGE AND APPLICATION: 

Dial Torque Wrench testing torque wrench is the meter indicator which used in the torque testing of screw thread and fasteners in the measure range. Apply to the fasteners with high accuracy and requirement

1)Adjust to Zero firstly before using it.

2)Please rotate the button on the dial plate anticlockwise for right rotating usage, let the red driven index close to the black initiative index. Then turn the watchcase to make the driven index to the Zero.

3)Please rotate the button on the dial plate clockwise for left rotating usage, let the red driven index close to the black initiative index. Then turn the watchcase to make the driven index to the Zero.

4)To make the driven index to the value you need by forcing the fastener gently and reposefully.

5)The initiative index will be recovered to zero automatically, the driven index will be rested on the scale and you can read the accurate torque value if the force released. To rotate the button on the dial plate , make the driven index to zero for next usage.

 

2.ATTENTION:

1)Don’t knock and dismantle it at random to affect the reading precision.

2)You can use it with two directions .but you cannot make it to loose the fasteners for reading precision purpose.

3)Don’t exceed the torque value range.

4)Don’t be close to the high temperature because of the plastic material used on the outer ring of dial.
