this machine is a kind of special equipment for winding during producing spiral wound gasket .i t adopts certain  structural parameter to shape metallic strip and non-metallic strip alternately between mould and groove-shape pressing wheel. it can  controll the diameter force shearing force effectively by adopting pneumatic elcetromagnetic elements so that the technical parameter can be insured to be invariable and controllable. The machine can complete the winding process automaticallly  through guidewheel simutaneously. thus it will not be affected by hand operation  and the quality is ensured. if this machine is used together with special controller for spiral wound gaskets.you can set the size of gasket in advance and decreasing the pulling force of the steel strip automatically .The size of spiral wound gasket can be controlled automatically  and the welding of the gaskets can also be finished automatically  (for the gaskets of large diameter).in this way ,you can improve your efficiency greatly.
