Application:
It is a coarse screen for screening fibers of waste paper and removing light or heavy impurities.
Design features:
It combines the highly efficient cleaning with screening. The pulp flows into the housing along the tangent direction from the bottom of the housing. Rotated by revolving drum, heavy impurities are removed from side reject outlet immediately and the pulp is coarsely screened at the same time.
The rotor is fixed at the end of accepts in order to reduce the resistance of passing through screen slots and increase the throughput per area unit of drum cylinder.
It discharges heavy impurities continuously.
With its simple structure, the screen is easy for operating. With its simplified process, the screen brings in a highly efficient screening.
