It changes common mould into embedded hydration board mould. It has high automaticity and is easy to operate. It has tens of improvement, such as change the common adjustable arc board vat into pressure vat, change the atmospheric pressure size moulding into pressure size moulding, change the traditional manual pressurizing adjustment into pneumatic pressurizing adjustment and change the scrapper into movable pneumatic scrapper. Its main characteristics are low sizing consistency, large pressure, quick moulding, good evenness, large output, low power consumption, compact structure and stable operation.
