Pf104series Shell-type coated sand Resin is yellowish,sheer and in strip shape with diameter of 3~6mm.This kind of resin is low free phenol and low amount of gas generation,can be used for sand mold and sand core in casting iron,nodular iron and cast steels,copper,aluminum;in addition,it has characteristics of being fast molding,shelling-proof,and high hot tensile strength and so on.

Coating process for reference
1. The added quantity of parting sand particle size and resin is chosen according to size and strength of sand size and core,and the temperature of adding resin should be 40~45℃ higher than softening point of resin.
2. The mixed proportion of methenamine water solution should be:
Methenamine/water=1/2~2.5,and added quantity of methenamine should account for 12~15% of resin quantity.
3. The lube quantity added should account for 5~7%of resin quantity.
4. The sequence and time of adding material:
135-150℃ 60-90seconds Methenamine cool down and break up
Crudesand +Resin + +Calcium stearate Addingsand
Mixed 110-120℃
