Radical transparent quartz glass tube, which is produced through the advanced continuous- melting technique and automatic control system, has the characteristics of high purity, strong spectral transmission, well controlled dimension, lower hydroxyl and so on. It serves as the first choice of heat-resisting material for halogen lamps, mercury lamps, metal halide lamps and other quartz lamps. The products in the range of 3-80mmoutside diameter, 0.6-5.0mm wall thickness and 1200-1500mm length are available. Exhaust tubes with good CPK are suitable for high-speed streamline production. And further processing of trim cutting, fire polishing, banding and grinding can be done according to the requirement of customers. OH-content can be controlled within 20ppm/15ppm/10ppm/5ppm/2ppm.
