Molding machine mainly consist of reduction gearbox, upper and down template, transmission molding template, rack, wind cooling device, front and back moving device. Choose round arc gear, wheel hard gear speed reducer for reduction gearbox. Material of upper and down template is HT150 hollow cast. Water and wind for cooling template, stable and reasonable structure, frequency conversion timing device for drive motor so that to reach even stepless timing. Moreover, it features automatic timing from up to down, from front to back, from left to right.
