Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) is a new type of fluorocarbon thermoplastic resin, which has excellent heat resistance, chemical products resistance, high mechanical strength and toughness, high wearing resistance, excellent weathering resistance and the stability against UV and nuclear radiation. The using temperature is -50 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, it can be soluble in some polar solvents. From melting point to the decomposition temperature, it has a wide range of processing temperature. When the processing temperature is low, melt viscosity is small and easy to process. Its mechanical strength is the most superior of fluorine resin products, and can still maintain good strength in a certain temperature and pressure. High tensile strength, good impact strength, toughness, hardness, wear resistance, anti cowardly degeneration is also one of the best fluorine resin products. Long-term using temperature is -40 ~ 150 ℃.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) is easy to process by usual molding, extrusion, injection molding, painting and other processing methods. Long-term processing temperature is190℃~300℃.

Main Application:
PVDF is widely used in chemical, electronic equipment, electric industry, and all kinds of anti-acid and corrosion, wearing resistance such as pumps, valves, pipes, sheet lining, filler, film, fiber and wire insulation, etc.
 
Attention:
1. Packed in double layer PE bags, and then packed in thick plastic bags. Net weight: 25kg per bag.
2. Stored in clean and dry places, avoid contamination from dust and moisture during storage and transportation. Strong shock, exposure to sunshine, moisture and breakage of packages should be avoided. In order to guarantee the cleanness and quality of the product, it is forbidden to touch by hand.
3. Avoid processing and using this product above the temperature of 370℃ to prevent producing toxic gases after dispersion.
