PVDF KF-D — PVDF Resin Binder for Lithium Batteries
PVDF KF-D is kind of polyvinylidene fluoride powder product, which has good solubility in some solvents. Compared with other PVDF products, PVDF KF-D is more suitable for lithium battery electrode as binder materials.
PVDF KF-D is a homopolymer with a high dielectric constant material, which has high viscosity and adhesion in a certain solvent, easy-to-membrane. Lithium battery film electrode materials made of PVDF KF-D have good chemical stability, temperature stability, good mechanical properties and processability.

Attention:
1. PVDF KF-D has good thermal stability below 310℃ ℃; It will minimally decompose when placed in the temperature of 310~320℃ for a long time, and poisonous HF and fluorocarbon organic compound are produced; When higher than 370℃, it will quickly decompose; Therefore, its temperature shouldn’t exceed 310℃when the process of producing and using.
2. Although PVDF KF-D has an excellent flame retardant and smoke suppression performance, when it meets fire, it also release poisonous HF and fluorocarbon organic compound.
Package and Storage:
1. Packed in two layer PE bags, and then packed in carton case. Net weight: 20kilos/50kilos/100kilos per drum.
2. Stored in clean and dry places.
