Description
DTBC-9909 is designed to measure transformer capacity and power loss of open circuit and short circuit. It use advanced DSP and multiple high performance A/D converter to synchronously sample and process AC signals, so as to solve the difficult problem of synchronous sampling and calculating low power factor and multiple signal under utility power condition.
The test set has single-phase test mode, so as to test single phase fault or perform test under lacking three-phase power supply
Using external VT and CT, the test set can be applied to over range transformers.
Functions and Features
Capacity test
Without external power supply, the test set, itself, generates three-phase sinusoidal power with built-in rechargeable battery to test transformer capacity and type, and automatically calculates shot-circuit voltage percentage and power-loss under rated current and rated temperature.
Current and power-loss under rated voltage and corrected waveform, and estimate transformer iron-core type.
Short circuit test
The test set display 3-ph voltage, 3-ph current, 3-ph power, and therefore, automatically calculates shot-circuit voltage percentage and power-loss under rated current and rated temperature, and estimate transformer winding type.
Single phase test
This mode is used to test single-phase fault or do test without tree-phase power supply on site. The test set records three times test data, and therefore, automatically calculates open-circuit current and power loss or short-circuit voltage and power loss according to transformer connection.
With external VT and CT, the test set is capable to test over-range transformers. The user input the ratios of VT and CT, the test set calculate the actual values automatically.
