Open the foil wrapper when you are ready to begin the test .Take out the test midstream and remove the cap. With the midstream pointing downward ,you hold the absorbent sampler vertically under your urine stream for 2-3seconds(Do not let the urine pass the arrow end or make the show window wet) ,then plug the cap, and hold the test midstream for a few seconds or lay it flat .When you see the urine pass the show window and purple line appears, the test has worked correctly.
