LK/MMQ-Z1.2 is a new generation sterilization & drying equipment. It can be applied to clothes, dressing, metal devices, culture medium, glass ware, etc. PLC and touch screen to provide a friendly man-machine interface for automatic controlling, automatic temperature recording, vacuum drying, etc. It can be widely used for sterilization in hospital supplying rooms, operating rooms, pharmaceutical plants, lab and scientific research institutions.
Sterilization chamber is made of SUS 303 anti-erosion stainless steel. Chamber surfaces are mechanically polished with a smooth and shiny finish. Exterior of the sterilizer is sealed tightly with stainless steel plates. Silicon rubber is used to seal the sterilizer, so life span of the sterilizer is largely extended. Door locking device will keep the door closed when there is high pressure in the chamber. Temperature and time during the whole sterilization process is strictly controlled by PLC. Sterilization temperature and time can be adjusted manually. Relative parameters of current sterilization process is shown on touch screen.
Covers are made of stainless steel, with simple and decent appearance, simplicity, anti-erosion and easy to be cleaned.
