Each copper tubing sub-assembly is made to the highest quality standards. Our supplier is a well-established, large manufacturer, specializing in the fabrication of copper manifolds and copper fittings.
All holes on the manifold are punched with collars to provide the highest brazing strength. All brazing is done with purged nitrogen and thoroughly cleaned to eliminate any contamination. All finished sub-assemblies are inspected with the Tri-linear Coordinates Measuring Instrument, to ensure the highest dimensional accuracy.Each sub-assembly is pressurized to 450 psig to ensure there are no leaks.
