High Frequency pipe welding machine brief introduction

This welded pipe production line is designed to produce welded pipes with O.D. 50-114mm and thickness 1.5-5.0mm, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipes.

Working flow

Uncoiling→ shear and butt welding → cage accumulator → roll forming → Solid state high frequency welding → removing burrs → cooling → sizing → flying saw→ conveying → downloading→ packing→warehousing.
