Before using should know

1. Please read the operational manual carefully before using the machine.

2. The machine should keep away from heat and heating substance. The radiation should place, which have a good ventilate. The radiation should be far from barrier more than 20cm.

3. The machine can’ t be used under direct sunlight.

4. When do the low temperature experiment, the environment temperature must lower than 32℃. When the environment temperature is higher than 25℃, please do you best not to open the machine’ s door.

5. The experiment samples should be arranged in neat rows in the machine chamber, don’ t block the airiness.

6. In order to increase the service life of the machine, please keep the machine working environment temperature between 20℃ to 25℃.

 

Using description

1. Prepare according to before using should know.

2. All the Control switches on the panel are “ off”

3. Power on.

4. Put the experiment samples into the chamber. There should be proper room between those samples, so the cold (heat) air can convective circulation.

5. Switch on the power, the indicator light is on.

6. Setup temperature in incubation chamber
I. Turn the selection switch to “ set up” position. Adjusting the temperature knob to setup the require temperature. The screen shows the setup temperature.
II. Turn the selection switch to “ measure” position. The screen shows the real temperature in the working chamber.
III. Turn on the illuminate light, observing the working chamber.

7. After working, turn every switch to OFF position, turn off the power.

Notice

1. The user should use suitability socket which voltage data should be bigger than the machine’ s and it has well grounded line.

2. Don’ t put the high temperature substance to chamber directly. It is dangerous.

3. Don’ t overload the board.

4. Don’ t place the machine under high temperature or direct sunlight.

5. Don’ t moving the machine when it is working.

6. Don’ t crash the machine.

7. Children is forbidden to touch the machine or enter the working chamber

8. Must cut off power before change fuse.

9. Use the soft cloth with cleaning solution to clear the machine.

10. The voltage of power supply must be steady, should be 220± 10% V

11. Don’ t put anything on the incubator.

12. It is forbidden to put flammable & explosive material into the working chamber.
