Our fusheng air-Oil separator filter adopt U.S. HV companies 'and U.S.Lydall companies' ultra-fine glass fiber filters, oil mist in the mixture of compressed air through the core when the oil is almost completely filtered out.
* Oil content of compressed air can be controlled at 3 ~ 6PPm, compressed air oil mist particles can be controlled at 0.1μm below.
* Oil core life 3500 ~ 5200h, oil quality, environmental impact their life .
* Initial pressure: ≤ 0.02Mpa.
* Lubricating oil separator drum in the set position should be controlled, usually oil endoscope 1 / 2 to 2 / 3.
* Secondary return pipe and valve position to maintain patency and regulations.
* Discharge pressure adjusted to the specified value.
* Compressor temperature is normal, the pressure maintaining valve is normal.
