Malt mill
It is a double-metal-plate malt mill or double-roller mill for optional. Steel plate’s surface is grooved and hardened. Spaces between 2 plates are easily adjustable for milling. Milled grist is collected from the bottom of grist hoper in bags and delivered to the brew kettle or lauter tun manually, as a traditional way.

1.3 Combined-placed lauter tun and whirl pool
Lauter tun and whirlpool are combined, i.e., lauter tun is placed on the top of whirlpool. The lauter tun is for infusion mashing process, lautering and sparging. The whirlpool is for whirlpool operation and collecting lautered wort from the lauter tun.

1.4 Cold Liquor Tank (CLT)
The glycol water is for cooling hot wort through the plate heat exchanger. Hard PVC PIPE sanitary will be used for connecting the CLT, cold liquor pump. The cold water will be heated during the course of heat exchange with hot wort and will be cycled in brewkettlea and CLT.

1.6 Plate Heat Exchanger

1.11 Brew house pipe work

4. Chiller Unit
The unit is for keeping cellar vessels and CLT in target low temperatures, with cycling cold glycol water. Actually the low freezing-pointed liquor is solution of propylene glycol or medical ethanol.
4.1 Glycol reservoir
It is a tank for containing glycol. Copper coils of refrigerant as heat exchanger are mounted on inside brackets of the reservoir. Pipe work of refrigerant between the glycol reservoir and compressor will be connected on the site.
