AT /ZFY Raise Borer
The series ZFY and AT raise borers are mainly used to drill holes and ream ventilation shafts, filling raises and pipeline shaft, etc., and to excavate large cross-section raises and passes as well in underground mines, among them Models AT2000 and TYZ 1500 raise rotary drills have won provincial/ministerial first and second prizes respectively.

Series ZFY and AT raise borers adopt full-hydraulic transmission system with all drilling parameters stepless adjustable and it is characterized by good resistance to impact, smooth operation, compact structure, easy and convenient installation. The raise borer is of the following characteristics and technical advantages:

• The drilling way of downward pilot hole, upward reaming, full-section cutting and direct well-formation. The raise can be directly drilled through and the reaming head can be taken out from the upper level;
• The complete set of the equipment adopts the full-hydraulic drive control system, and the drilling parameters are subject to the stepless adjustment according to the rock condition and drilling depth, with a good resistance to the shock and good balance;
• The dual-cylinder propulsion system is adopted, with a big propulsion and good balance;
• Rotary system uses NJM-2/4FB low-speed big torque hydraulic motor, gear transmission, and hammer head with axial float& universal swing angle;
• The host, pump station and drill pipe truck all adopt the track wheel moving mode, with a convenient handling;
• Hydraulic system adopts the master/slave pump dual-loop system to make sure of no disturbance of the rotary system and propulsion system. There is a decompression drilling system for deep-well drill to realize the special function of carrying out the drilling by raising the drill pipe;
• it is equipped with rod-breaking mechanical arm which can pick up the drill pipe from the ground and send it to the drill rig axis so as to reduce the labor intensity;
• It is equipped with the anti-clamp-pipe control mechanism to prevent the hold-drill fault.
