Specifications

All the fermenters are of unitank style for both primary fermentation and maturation processes of beer. They are suitable for fermenting both ales and lagers.

- Inside finish: S. S.304 sheets, 2B quality original surface, welds polished to 2B quality

- Insulation: Polyurethane foam jackets on the side and bottom
- Cladding finish: copper plates or S. S.304 sheets option, polished into mirror surface or frosted surface.
- 20%-30% excess headspace

- One rotating sanitary CIP spray ball on inner head, down-tube
- One sampling cock (DIN20)
- Pressure gauge and a butterfly valve (DIN32) on the CIP down-tube
- Pressure control method with hand or electro connecting pressure gauge optional
- 1 sanitary manual butterfly valve (DIN25) on the cone bottom for beer outlet
- 1 sanitary manual butterfly valve (DIN32) on the bottom for inlet of wort, collecting yeasts, and drainage
