The manual screen changer of Harden is a low-cost filter solution for the plastic/rubber extrusion, applied best to applications where line stops occur on a periodic basis. The screen can be changed during this shutdown without effecting production. A typical application is blown film, where the die must be cleaned prior to the screen clogging. We can design and manufacture the screen changer to withstand higher pressure, or used for special materials according to customer special requirements, we can also manufacture the screen changer integrated with the diverter valve.
