This tester is designed for the test of the zig-zag spring assembly and spring pack used in sofa manufacturing, it can perform the following 3 kinds of test requirements:
1) Durability test: The spring undergone a repeated specific force, the test cycles is pre-settable, and the test stop when the set cycle is up.
2) Fix stroke test: The presser comes down to a specify stoke, read the force on that stroke from the pressure gauge.
3) Fix force test: The presser comes down to a specify force, the presser stop and the compression rate (stroke)
