MTC-300 High Power Mass Notification Siren
MTC-300 high power mass notification siren are widely applied in petrochemical,mining,power station,dam,natural hazard warning,military base,prison,campus and other industrial and civil fields which require mass alerting and notification operation.Five general alarm tones are integrated,Siren(Air-Raid),Fire (Wail), Pi-Pi-Pi Short Interval(Machinery Fault),Pi-Continuous (High Expansion Foam Release),Horn (Air Whistle),which carry out alarm tasks under different emergency situation.
The siren provides various PA solutions.It is equipped with both one headset and one hand-held wireless microphones with 80 meters wireless talking range.One more push-to-talk microphone is provided,besides it can record instant PA for max. 20 secs and replay it repeatedly.
With a digital timer,it is able to play one specific alarm tone or mp3 in max. 17 time periods in every week.
With USB Stick/SD-Card port and radio receiver integrated,it can play mp3 and FM radio.Also it provides 6.35mm and 3.5mm AUX port for audio signal input.
One Storm-7300 loudspeaker is able to achieve max. 1100 meters effective sound range and max. 135dB sound pressure (@1m).It has advantages of high acoustic output power,low energy consumption,massive sound coverage and simple installation.The loudspeaker is able to work under serious outdoor environments,with anti-water/dust(IP56),corrosion and high-low temperature resistance.Patent No. ZL201020522870.2,ZL201030282705.X

1,Pls combine the horn and storm-7300 sound driver by the flange connector with screws.Pls take care if the rubber gasket and metal filter have been put in between the horn and the flange connector.
2,Mounting installation brackets on the bottom of sound driver by twisting screws.
3,By two multi-strand copper wire,connect audio output port behind host machine with input lines of sound driver.
4,Pls prepare multi-strand copper wire with according length refer to actual demand.For reducing sound attenuation during long distance connection,the wire cross sectional area need enlarging with the distance increasing.If wire length more than 300 meters,cross sectional area more than 2.5mm² is suggested.The effective wire length should not exceed 500 meter.
Press tone buttons to operate alarm sound,press again to turn it off.Justify sound volume through volume knob.
With a digital timer switch,the siren is able to play one specific TONE in a few time period,maximum can set 17 time periods every week.We need use the ‘Timer Tone Selection’ knob to set which tone controlled by digital timer.For example,I for TONE Siren,II for TONE Fire…VI is for USB/SD port,the mp3 in USB stick or SD card can be played automatically on set time,or play FM radio if without USB stick or SD card.Below the steps for setting the digital timer:
A,Timer Open/Close
Keep pressing button ‘MANUAL’ to open the timer when ‘AUTO’ figure displays.The red indicator will be lighted when the siren operates in set time period.
One ‘CROSS LAMP’ figure means the timer closed.One ‘LAMP’ figure means manual open one specific TONE as ‘Timer Tone Selection’ knob.
For avoiding siren automatic operation at times without expectation,pls make sure the digital timer closed when not use it!
B,Local Time Calibration:
Holding ‘COLOK’ figure,then press ‘D+’, ‘H+’, ‘M+’ to set day, hour, minute separately.
C,Timer Adjustment
Press ‘P’,it appears ‘1 on’ on display bottom (means the start time point for the 1st time period),then press ‘D+’, ‘H+’, ‘M+’ to set detail time point.
Press ‘P’ again,it appears ‘1 off ’ on display bottom (means the end time point for the 1st time period), then press ‘D+’, ‘H+’, ‘M+’ to set detail time.
Keep pressing ‘P’,it appears ‘2 on,2 off… …17 on,17 off’ in turn.Setting detail start and end point in the same way as above.
Pressing ‘C/R’ to cancel one specific set time point.
Through pressing ‘D+’,we can set timer in any day of one week,also same timer in everyday or specific days of one week,such as from monday to friday,or in monday,wednesday,friday only.
Press ‘COLOK’ figure can help come back to initial interface during setting.
Press ‘C’ turns the whole timer into initial status without any settings kept.
3, Wireless microphone and Push-to-talk microphone(Record/Play)
A,Wireless microphone
Both one headset and one hand-held wireless microphone are able to achieve 80 meters talking range to host machine.When using them,pls turn on the ‘wireless microphone’ switch on host machine to ‘ON’,and turn on microphone power.Each microphone use one 9V battery.
Holding switch on side of microphone when PA use.Press ‘R’ button to record max. 20 secs voice,press ‘R’ again to stop recording.Press ‘P’ button to play recorded voice repeatedly,and press ‘P’ again to stop playing.
Turn on the ‘OFF/ON ’switch on the player board (Pls turn it off when digital timer is set to control it,TONE VI).Press ‘MODE’ to switch between USB/SD card and FM radio.Insert USB stick or SD card with mp3 files into concerning port,the player will scan and play automatically.Press ‘?II’ to play or pause. Press ‘??I’ and ‘I??’ to forward and backward files.For FM radio,holding ‘?II’ to scan radio stations,press it for switch between scaned stations.
This device provides both 6.35mm and 3.5mm audio input ports to connect different external audio equipments,such as computer,CD player.
