ZY 6040  Sheath of Electric Wire/Cable Abrasion Resistance Tester

1.    Introduction : this device applies to test resistance to abrasion  of  plastic sheath.

2.Standards : JASO D611-94 , JBT 8139 , TBT 1484.1-2001 Part 1(Electric cable of nominal voltage 3kw and less 3kw)

3.   Main parameters :

3.1           Travel of shave-head :long than 10mm ,shave-head go along with electric line and axes

3.2           Shave frequency :10~60times/min  adjustable

3.3           Counter : 0~9999

3.4           Test times : 4times , specimen shall be turned 90°each test time

3.5           Distance among experiment point and terminal more than 10mm

3.6           Specimen length :750mm

3.8           It alarmed and stopped automatically when shave-head touch conductor after shave-head frazzled sheath .
