.ZQ1626/16B hydraulic double-chuck veneer rotary lathe, also can be called hydraulic double-chuck veneer peeling lathe, the main parts is made of steel casting, the seat is welded by thick steel platen, so it has tight frame. It is equiped with telescope chuck( small 110mm, big 200mm ) and hydraulic back-up roller, so it can be used to process the log with huge diameter . The back-up roller can forbid the log bending when it is processed.
This model uses hydraulic knife assembling system, so the operator can change the knife quickly; tool carriage uses screw feeding transmission system, and can ensure the processing accuracy.
We also can design this machine as customer`s requirement, such as changing AC motor to DC one, setting up Numerical control system etc.
