Every piece of our product has been repeatedly checked before selling, We guarantee our customer 1 year warranty, But user must pay attention when using the solar kit as follow: 

The internal battery should be fully charged before using, in the first time, User should use solar panel under the sunshine, charging the battery kit for 2 days. 

The battery iron box is fixed by screws, The manufacturer doesn't allow unauthorized people to open the battery iron box, In case of any problem, it should be checked and repaired by our authorized technician.   

The battery should be kept away from fire, water; it should be used in a dry, ventilate room to maximum long life.

The solar kit should be properly use with care, it can't be intended struck, burnt, heated, wash, bury or other improper method treatment.
