Ceramic Fiber Spinning Machine
The Spinning machine is the equipment which elongate the melting raw material into fibers under the centrifugal force of the high speed spinning rollers. The spinning machine is mainly used on the ceramic fiber area, it is one of the important equipments of ceramic fiber blanket production line.

The working theory: The melting raw materials flow on the high speed spinning rollers which make the raw materials into fibers under the centrifugal force, then the fibers fall into the collection chamber under the negative pressure.

Main characteristic: As changing the frame, the use life of bearing can reach to more than six months, which low the cost of changing bearings largely.
