The current main business of Zhongyuntech is developing and manufacturing series of PE/PP/PVC double wall corrugated pipe extruding machine which can be used to produce PE/PP/PVC double wall corrugated pipes with diameter from 50mm to 2,400mm.
 

The diameter scope of ZC-1000H double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line is ID200mm-ID800mm.
 

Comparing with old style water cooling system. The new solution of PE corrugated pipe extruding line can triple the capacity of the ordinary corrugated pipe line. At the same time it brings lower electricity consumption for per meter of pipe. 40% electricity bill will be saved for customer.
