Operation Theory
Thermocouple electrodes are made of two different materials. Temperature difference between measuring end and reference end results in pyroelectric potential, then display meter indicates the corresponding temperature to the pyroelectric potential.
It is based on that material temperature change results in change of its resistance. When resistance value changes, the working instrument will display relevant temperature.

Insulation Resistance at Normal Temperature
The insulation resistance between electrode and protection tube of the thermocouple shall be no less than 1000MW. M under condition that evironment temperature is 20 15 , relative humidity is no more than 80%, and test voltage is D. C.500 50V.
