proprietary technologies:a kind of dual drive lapping machine(ZL200610005692.4),
lifter fro bending &lapping machine (ZL2005100098888.8) and stander assembling
lapping machine (ZL200610006589.1).The series of lapping machines has novel
structure and superior performance.Features of the machine are as follows:   1.The two bottom rolls are driven via sep rate powe r system,eliminating the mechanical interfering.And the bearings of the rolls are
self-aligning mill—roll bearings,with low energy consumption.The required
power from the main motor is small.energy saving and environmental
protecting.

2.The worm &gear screw & rod of lifer for up roll are all immersed in
the lubricant oil with excellent lubrication,great bearing capacity and long
life;

3.The stander is assembling type,which is convenient for installation

4.The turning of turn end is mechanical,convenient and reliable.

5.The single end of the up roll can be lifted for the bending of conicylinder
via the clutch.
