The device  adopt quasi-static computer tomography, by measuring the dielectric
 constant and conductivity to determine whether it is with explosive nature.
The detector can distinguish liquid explosives, gasoline, acetone, ethanol 
and other flammable liquid separately from water, cola, milk, juice and 
other safe liquids.By detection of this method,the result will not be influenced by the 
volume of container and air gaps between the container.
