Electronic Universal Testing Machines is used for mechanical property testing such as stretching, compressing, curving, shearing, stripping etc. If providing corresponding accessory and software, it would be used for tearing and circulating. It applies to metal, plastics, rubber, electric wire, thin film, paper, packaging, spinning, spring, composite and products etc.
Electronic Universal Testing Machines is comprised of mainframe, electro- driving system, data acquisition system and computer software.
The software is named TestExpert. NET. The function of software includes control flow set, parameter set, testing data acquisition and storage, reckoning and print testing report.
DDL Series adopts EDC Series digital control system; DNS Series adopts the PSC-A control system which is developed by us.
Characteristics:
1. High performance load frame. Door-type frame, Light in weight, high in stiffness, operate steadily under the great load of the high speed;
2. Advanced mechanical transmission system. Tooth-type rubber belt reductor with transmission system of ball screws having efficiency more than 70% is stable in transmission with a noise less than 65db;
3. Measuring resolution of strain/stress in EDC digital controller of 180000 CODES. High frequency of data acquisition, function keys on the panel used for all the test operations and digital keys use screen with simple, direct and fast display;
4. Is set arbitrarily the displacement speed of the mobile crosshead driven by EDC controller that makes a controlling system for strain/stress. The range of controlling speed is of 1:100000;
5. Wide use and multifunction. The machine is suitable to tests such as tension, compression, bending for metal, non-metal and compound materials, torsion, shear, peel; tear also available if given accessories;
6. There are three kinds of controlling mode: load, deformation, displacement, can change in the course of controlling;
7. Having protection function. The machine can stop automatically at a load exceeding 10% of the Max. Load, at an over-current in speed driving system of the mobile crosshead and at the upper or lower position of mobile crosshead;
8. Meet many requirements of standard of materials testing methods: GB, DIN, ISO, ASTM, etc;
9. The computer can communicate with DOLI EDC digital controller by means of DPX. All operation can be taken by computer while PC-control button being on;

11. The program has functions of data acquisition, curve plotting, partial amplification and reduction of curves, single-curve display or superposition and comparison of multi-curve, print preview, revising artificially etc.
