JJC Series mechanical shaft automatic straightening machine is newly designed specially for motorcycle industry on the basis of Model JE hydraulic one. Model JJC produced for the automobile industry for cam shafts, axle shafts, gear shafts, motor rotor, piston rod and gear selector forks. With features of high precision, easy to use and cost-efficiency.
All process including measuring, positioning, straightening and Go/No judgment could be done automatically, what is operator only do is to load/unload workpiece and press the button “ ON”.
