This series baking machine is used basically for baking peanuts, shelled peanuts, walnuts, chestnuts, apricot kernels, broad beans, soybeans and other shell fruit foodstuffs in granular shape, this kind of machine ( with can be changed into gas combustion type accelerated by infrared, oil combustion type or electricity heating type) uses coal as its heat source which serves as heat reflection in baking objects within the rolling drum objects being baked do not touch naked flamed while being continuously pushed by the spiral blades, with results in even heating good baking quality, ideal color and favorable flavor.
