1. General

Type FVQ self-priming vortex non-clogging pump is new products based on the advanced technology which has been introduced from EBARA Co. in Japan. It has the features of the advantages of high efficiency and non-clogging. It is used to transfer sewage and polluted liquid with suspended solid particles and fibre-like materials (for example plastics, cloth strip, nylon, wood, bone manure). The maximum diameter of particles passed through the pump cannot be over that of outlet. The temperature of the liquid is 0℃~40℃. The maximum suction height is 3m. Inlet pressure can not be over 0.6MPa.

Construction

The pump is single-stage single-suction horizontal pump with vortex impeller, horizontal suction above the axis and vertical discharge. Shaft seal is mechanical seal. The pump uses anti-dust rolling bearing which get lubricated with dilute oil.

The direction of rotation

The rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor to the pump.
