Application and performance

It is designed specially for Pharmacy, Daily Chemical and Scientific Research Office to produce cream, honey, emulsion and so on, all the contacts are made of SS 304 and all the joints are quick-assemble according to DIN standard, the joints in the pot adopt smooth arc to prevent the material from remaining on the inner wall. It is also suitable to emulsify and mix superfine and high quality materials. Scrape mixing completely without place left.

Ⅱ. Work Theory

The material is mixed by the mixing vane to generate new interfaces.

The cover is hydraulic hoisting, discharge material is reversal pour. Jacket heating to realize heating to the material and the temperature will show on the control panel. Feed cooling water to the Jacket to cool the material, easy and convenient operation. Mixing time can be set, when it to the set time the machine will stop automatically. All contacts are made of SS 304, inner surface is mirror polishing.
