Screening
Screening is to divide solid particles into different particle groups of various sizes. A single CZ series screening machine configured with one to five screening nets is able to accurately and continuously separate two to six particle sections with its classification accuracy up to 95%.

Effects and principles
The principle of this vibrating screen filter, by using the heavy hammer installed on the top and bottom of the electric engine(unbalanced hammer), is to turn its rotating movement into Three-D horizontal and vertical tilt motion, and then pass it onto the screening net. To change the phase angle of the heavy hammer can transform the raw materials' moving direction.
