Features and applications: LS series screw conveyor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard of JB/T7679-95 " Screw Conveyor" , which is the updating product of GX series Screw Conveyor. Head and tail bearings are moved outside of the body. Suspension bearings with dustproof device are made of sliding bearings. Bearing pads are often formed by the method of powder metallurgy. Blanket bearing is adopted for cement transportation. Suspension bearing and screw bearing are connected by slide. When disassembling spirals, no mobile driver is needed. What's more, suspension bearings can be demounted without moving screw shaft and lubricated without dismantling cover plate. The whole device has the characteristics of high reliability, long life, well-adapted, easy installation and maintenance.
Screw conveyors, widely applied in various industries such as building material, chemistry, electric power, metallurgy, coal, grain, etc., are suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of dust, granular and small blocky materials like coal, ash, slag, cement, food, etc., meanwhile, the temperature of these materials should be less than 2000C. But they are not applicable to those materials perishable, viscous and easy to agglomerate.
