CNC Angles Automatic Punching, Marking, Shearing Production Line
                                                                                  
 
The production line is composed of in feed transfer table unit, rotating loading unit, feeding conveyor unit, marking unit, two punching units, shearing unit, outfeed conveyor unit, hydraulic system and electric control system etc.
 
 
CNC controlled servo in feeding unit
 
Work piece feeding is driven by a servo-motor. Closed loop control system is composed of servo and incremental encoder, ensuring higher precision of longitudinal positioning. The carriage would stop automatically in case the bar should meet a hindrance during its feed.
 
Punching units
Three (JX2020) or Two (JX1412) diameters are available in each punching unit. It’s convenient to change punches and dies. Automatic tool assignment, pincher clamping or lifting, feeding buffer, finished products unloading, all of them are controlled by pneumatic devices.
Many important components such as pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves and air valves are famous brands from abroad.
 
 
Marking unit
 
Four programmable character containers on the marking unit can be selected.
Longitudinal marking position can be preset by programming, and the stadia can be adjusted manually.
 
 
Shearing unit
 
 
Double blades or single blade shearing, smooth incision, shearing clearance can be adjusted conveniently.
 
 
Hydraulic power unit
 
High-powered hydraulic system, having faster response and high efficiency. Punching, marking, shearing, Work piece holding-down and marking groups Transposition are all driven by hydraulic pressure. Adopting imported international famous brand of hydraulic solenoid valves. Hydraulic system includes many devices, such as high and low pressure filters, accumulator, water-cooler, and indicating instruments for pressure, temperature, and liquid-level.
 
 
Computer control system
 
 
Three axes CNC controlled, CNC high precision, work piece program can be inputted manually, also can be created by lofting software automatically and then transmitted through USB or network, stimulant work piece graphics can be displayed in order to make program checking more conveniently.
Manufacturing process can be monitored in real-time, including data of process, status of external switches, and the indication of malfunction diagnosing is perfect.
