Air whirling screen

 

Operation principle:

Air whirling screen adopts the operating principle of dynamic energy instead of gravitational potential energy, using air as carrier, to achieve its purpose of screening. Air flow with negative pressure mixes materials with air and brings them into the wind rotor of the machine. Through the centrifugal force applied by the blades of wind rotor, mixtures are spraying over the net and collected by volute casing. Oversized materials can not spray through the net, so they are expelled from the automatic slag-discharging port.

This machine is suitable for selecting and classifying various powdery materials with their size limited between 80-500 mesh. It has the characteristics of high screening precision, large output, automatic feeding and discharging, continuous operation and no pollution, which makes high-accuracy screening job that are difficult to go on by previous vibrating screen a piece of cake. After applying this product on light calcium of 120-180 mesh, heavy calcium of 300 mesh, active calcium of 400 mesh, hawthorn berries powder of 300 mesh, zinc powder of 320-500 mesh, black oxide and ferric oxide red of 500 mesh, Chinese medicine powder of 120-160 mesh, quartz powder of 180-270, etc. respectively, we have measured its per hour per square meters' screen area to be one tons or so, its screening efficiency over 95%, dust content less than 10mg/m³.
