System characteristics
The system is controlled by one single chip (PLC), all movements work automatically under preinstalled procedure and with full automatic function (automatically producing water, automatic flushing, scarcity of Influent water/water tank full of water auto-stop).
Structure arrangement is compact, has small foot-print, saving space effectively.
System consumes low energy, thus saves energy effectively.
Consumables life is long, with low cost of producing water.
System works safely and reliably, while its water pipeline is closed with stable effluent quality.
Process introduction
The process is composed of the below parts: Pretreatment, Two-stage reverse osmosis (RO), Electrodeionization(EDI), Ultraviolet sterilization (UV), Polishing mixed bed(MB),Terminal microfilter (MF).
The pretreatment part is made of Multimedia filter, Activated charcoal filter and Full automatic softener.
The RO technique is mainly composed of the high-pressure pump, the RO membrane and the control section.
The RO technology is one kind of advanced technology features as high efficiency, low consumption in energy, no pollution, is mainly applied in pure water preparation and desalination. The RO technology is one kind of membrane separation filtration technology, using the pressure difference as power, via the pressure difference, it separates strictly H2O and the impurities like inorganic salt, heavy metal ion, organic matter, colloid, bacteria, virus, etc in source water.
EDI is a kind of advanced technology integrating electrodialysis and ion exchange technology, The system through optional permeation function of anion, cation exchange membrane to anion and cation, and the exchanging function of ion-exchange resins to ion; can make ion derectional movement under the role of DC electric field, thus finishes the water deep desalination, It can finish rebirth of ion-exchange continuously, can use regeneration of resin aicd-base without halt, thereby can produce high quality water continuously.
Mixed bed refers to taking negative resin and positive resin into the identical exchanger according to some certain proportion, mix them before operating. This moment after passing ion-exchange mixed bed, H+ ions and OH- ions generated from treated water produce into low solubility water immediately. As terminal ultrapure device of process, can make water resistivity upgraded over 15 MΩ.cm to satisfy users’ requirements for high quality water.
