Yalong YL-158 Maintenance electrical trainer is designed and developed according to requirements on “The 21st Century Vocational Education Courses Reform And Teaching Materials Construction and Planning” by the Ministry of Education, combined with the requirements on the actual production experiences and vocational skills. The trainer is suitable for the teaching of electromechanical equipment installation and maintenance, electromechanical technology application, electrical operation and control, electrical technology application and electronic appliances in higher education vocational schools, secondary vocational schools, as well as for the cources such as vocational teaching and training of “Electrical Technology”, “Basic Electrical Skills”, “Electrical Measurement And Instruments”, “Motor And Electrical Control”, “Motor Control Circuit”, “Electrical Traction Control Circuit” and so on.

2. The structure and configuration
1, The structure
As the maintenance electrical training is involved with many majors and industries, technologies, now the maintenance electrical trainers are mainly in composition of various combination, (such as: electrical and electronic trainers, machine electrical trainers, PLC trainers and so on), which need a lot cost, a large space.
             Yalong YL-158 Maintenance Electrical Trainer is in a reasonable layout, and it is developed to save space, with a reasonable layout, compact structure, full functions and high efficiency.
             The trainer, is composed of frame, window, instrument operation panel, electrical system, motor, the electrical system is composed of touch screen part, PLC part, frequency converter part, 514C part, DC power supply part, electric traction and relay control part, motor power, torquer, rotation speed measurement part, AC & DC voltage, current, 1-phase & 3-phase AC power, AC power, power factors measurement part and so on.
The panel is installed with buttons, motor control circuit, various low-voltage electrical appliances, such as leak breakers, fuses, current mutual inductor, contactors, inter-relay, thermal relay, travel switches, switches, voltmeter, ammeter and wattmeter, to prolong the service life of the electrical appliances, with endurable ends to connect all electrical appliances to ensure long service life of all electrical appliances.
It is designed according to the real actual electrical control cabinet, the components are used as same as in the real industrial production control circuits, the training is done as same as the actual production process, in order improve th students’ vocational skills and quality fully and efficiently.
With leak protection, overload and circuit protection, to ensure human safety. After verification by actual experiences, it is proved to be an ideal vocational education training equipment.
