This equipment provides students, graduate students and teachers, who are working on applications and research of mechanics, modern automatic control, and sensor applications etc, an open and strong practical training and testing platform. The overall equipment simulates the real industrial production procedures of automatic production line. It is consisted of five main stations: automatic control station, feeding station, transport station, mechanical processing station and sorting & storing station. It is an important training and testing equipment for educating experts for modern industrial manufacturing technology.
2. Characteristics of the equipment
2.1 The equipment is consisted of multiple techniques related to automatic control system, including PLC application, servo control, frequency transformation, communication, sensor application, and pneumatic techniques etc.
2.2 The overall equipment is small, designed compactly and reasonably, and is also very cost-effective. The equipment is very suitable for training, testing and teaching in schools and satisfies the requirements for working space.
2.3 Rich training contents: the equipment satisfies the requirements for different lessons and projects in real training and testing activities. It can complete kinds of training and testing projects.

3. Introduction of each station
3.1 Control station: this station is consisted of PLC host, servo driver, control switch, regulator switch, power and alarm indicator.
3.2 Transport station: this station is consisted of linear transport robot, solenoid valve and servo motor assembly. Its main function is to transport the workpiece from the feeding station to processing station for punching processing, and then transport the punched workpiece to the sorting and storing station for further processing.
3.3 Feeding station: This station is consisted of the two main components: brackets and feeding mechanics. The feeding mechanics is consisted of sensors, pneumatic components and solenoid valve.
3.4 Processing station: this station is mainly consisted of a simulation of stamping machines and corresponding sensors, and its function is to complete stamping workpiece. When the workpiece is delivered to the working place by the manipulator, it punches the workpiece.
3.5 Sorting and storing station:
3.5.1)Sorting and storing station of Yalong YL-239-II Automatic Production Line Training & Testing Equipment: this station is mainly consisted of a linear belt conveyor, a sorting mechanics for finished product, a two-slide storage for finished product and a converter. Its function is to transport the finished product delivered by manipulator to corresponding storage according to different materials.
3.5.2)Sorting and storing station of Yalong YL-239-III Automatic Production Line Training & Testing Equipment: this station is mainly consisted of storage unit. The function of sorting finished product is completed with the help of manipulator.
