ICEKEY MARIN FLAKE ICE MACHINE UNIT can be divided into sea flake ice machine unit and potable water flake ice machine unit. The evaporation tank of sea flake ice machine unit is made of aluminum alloy. Evaporator adopting special aluminum alloy with inner wall featuring high hardness, good heat conduct, and strong corrosive resistance, long service life up to 20 years.

The inside technical problems namely, uneasily falling of soft seawater ice, waving of vessel, and rough weather and environmental deterioration. Control system is conducted by world and famous PLC, automatically controlling the whole progress with alarming of lacking water, full water, high and low pressure and reverse protection and so on. Only one button press for start-up and shutdown, featuring control reliability and stability, lowering malfunction rate.

 

Scope of application

Applicable for far ocean fishing and island waterway navigating vessels.

2)      Standard working condition temperature : 25°C, water supply temperature: 16°C, evaporation temperature:-30°C

3)      Applicable working condition:5-40°C, water supply temperature:0-40°C

4)      This machine is applicable to fresh and sea water. Refrigerants: R22 or R404a

5)      Thickness of ice:1.5mm-2.0mm

6)      The input power is given at standard voltage and working conditions and therefore is only for reference
