Two, functional description
1, SLE4428 capacity for 1Kbytes, address space from 0 ~ 1023.
2, all data, in any outside except password in can be read, the password in check can be read correctly.
Three, all data including password itself in check after correct password can be written or updates.
4, all data can be in bytes, write protected on the write protect after data curing, any circumstances do not change.
5, have a password error counter. The address is 1021. The initial value for 8, password error once, then check minus 1. If the counter value is 0, then the whole card data was locked, only can read, write or not to change and unable to continue to check the password; If not for 0, then just once check correctly, counter will restore to the initial value.
6, password length is 2bytes, address is 1022, 1023. Were 216 combination, check before the correct password read the two address is the result of "0", also unable to write and change; In cryptography check is correct can read the password, also can change your password, password will always effective power lost so far to the card.
7, only the code. Address 21 ~ 26 is the card user code, this code is the only global user code, maximize the user's interests, this code through curing will not change written.
8, address 0 ~ 7, 21 ~ 26 before they leave the factory, already by manufacturers are not allowed to change cure.

Three, the matters needing attention
1, SLE4428 have three security mechanism: user password, the only write code, curing. Password if not check the correct, cannot write data, written data is the write protect (cured) cannot change again. Adopting the only code as system USES IC card identification, can avoid the same type of counterfeit CARDS into the system.
2, SLE4428 card can be read without password whole card data, so when the design should pay attention to content encryption, prevent saboteur achiered data formats.
3, the whole card is not zoning, password once check can be right to any address written or modify data, so when the design should pay attention to proper curing data and the data content, in case of damage data encryption accidentally changing data or illegally.
