Overview:
The RT2012 Standard Reference Clock Test Instrument is a test instrument to measure the time accuracy of multi-rate electronic watt-hour meter.The clock test instrument is embedded with high-precision time crystal oscillator.This test instrument can be used separately to measure the time accuracy of energy meter,also can be used along with the energy meter test instruments produced by Rowwin Test to measure the watt-hour meter’s time accuracy.
