Uses
Sodium trimetaphosphate (food grade) is widely used in much realm. It can be used as esterified and cross-linking agent in the process of amyloidosis; emollient in the course of water purification ; stabilizing and dispersing agent in ice cream and cheese.
Sodium trimetaphosphate (food grade) is good at prevent juice and tea drink from turning feculent, it also can help food to avoid discolor and analysis of vitamin C. Furthermore, it’s main production material of ester vitamin C-phosphate.
Dosage:
Usually it should be controlled in 0.3% ~ 0.5%, and the amount of P2O5 should ≤ 0.5%.
Packing
In 25kg, 50kg or 1000kg net kraft paper bags or WPP bags lined with PE bags.
