Jindi Rebar Couplers are designed to produce a full strength mechanical joint between reinforcing bars, replacing the need for lap splices.
Rebar Coupler Features:
1. Our coupler adopts 45C or 40Cr.
2. Splice HRB335, HRB400, HRB500 and Equivalent Rebars with diameter from 14mm to 40mm in construction.
3. Tensile strength can reach 110% of parent rebar. Provide full load transfer with the slimmest and shortest couplers.
4. Fatigue Test: After 2 million times of fatigue strength test, connection keeps in good condition.
5. Quick and easy to install.
6. Kind: Coupler with parallel thread; coupler with taper thread; coupler with upsetting thread.
7. Types: standard type; Left-handed and right handed type; Reducing type.
Application
1. Standard type coupler is designed to splice rebars with same diameter in normal condition.
2. Left-handed&right-handed coupler is designed to splice rebars, which are fixed.
3. Reducing coupler is designed to splice rebars with different diameters.
