Yalong YL-235A type mechatronics training assessment equipment is composed by the aluminum rail training station, mechanical components of the typical electromechanical integration equipment, PLC module unit, touch screen module unit, the inverter module unit, the button module unit, the power module unit, simulation production equipment training module, terminal blocks and a variety of sensors and other components. The overall structure is open and removable. The training equipment is used for the assembly of mechanical components according to the mechanical parts of existing training equipment to assemble production training equipment, or can be added mechanical components to assemble other production training equipment, so that the whole device can be flexibly assembled into an electromechanical integration device with the simulated production function according to teaching and competition requirements. The modules use standard structure and the drawer-in module holder, interchangeable; you can determine the module content in accordance with principles of the production features and integration with learning functions, so as to easily select the desired module during teaching or competition.
 
The system includes multiple technologies such as motor drives, mechanical drive, pneumatic, touch screen control, programmable controllers, sensors, frequency speed regulation and many other technologies involved in electromechanical integration professional, which provides students a typical comprehensive environment so that students can get a comprehensive understanding of, consolidate, comprehensively train and practically apply the learned basic knowledge of single professional in the past.
