1. Single mould sucking, saving material and labour when manufacture the mould. Putting the acrylic board directly above the mould which is on the machine, and then heat up, soften, sucking and cooing. And shape up automatically at one time.
2. Automatical control, thermostatic sucking, accurate temperature, and acrylic material can be reused. Without defect, fast speed and saving time and power.

3. Without external mould limitation. Thinner boards are available, which is saving cost.
4. Easy and accurate to fix the mould's pisition. Smaller words are available and without waste.
5. No mechanical creasing on the working procedure, which is good for the products edge smooth and make sure the overall intensity of the products.
